Caring with Coupons

Hello all! I have started making up coupon packs for needy families in my area. If you can, I would like you to do the same. I am looking into getting stores to donate the coupon inserts out of their unsold Sunday papers but its not going well. Does anyone have an idea how we could get bulk inserts for little to nothing??
