Nothing can top cooking on Cast iron. You can make the best cornbread in a cast iron skillet! I can remember anytime my Grandmother would fry something it would be in a cast iron skillet. I have searched for a nice set, but they can be really expensive. This pan is really affordable, compared to some of the skillets that I have seen in the past.
It comes with 2 handles on each side to be able to transfer it wherever you need to transfer it. You can go directly from stove top to oven. This 12 inch pan also already comes pre seasoned. It is ready to use right out of the box.
